The tap has a swivel spout allowing the user to be able to move the spout away for ease of use of the basin. The quality of the Roca and Geberit fittings allow for ease of fitting with a superb finish and on going service. The floor is finished in a beautiful wood grain tile laid on an insulation board which has been adhered and screwed to the timber floor , this has given a solid finish with no movement to avoid problems later on with loose tiles, grout cracking and coming out. The unit was made to measure specifically for the corner configuration as are all our units , and are available in many finishes. This ensuite has been the third project in this property following a downstairs shower room and a beautiful painted oak kitchen with solid oak work surfaces. |  |

| The second room is of an industrial design , the metro style wall tile blends beautifully with the reclaimed solid oak window cill and shelving. The shelving brackets are made from old cast fittings and finished in a black hammered effect. The slipper bath with the oval wrap around shower curtain and rain shower ceiling rose works well to give a powerful shower which along with the bath taps and hot tap to the basin is pumped by a powerful salamander pump. The cold storage in the loft was changed to optimise the stored water capacity for trouble free pumped water for a full bathing and showering experience. All in all a stunning little room that endless amounts of hidden plumbing supply a perfect balance of expected water performance with a traditional industrial style. |  |
